Especially for Home & Living products, where materials, surfaces and lighting moods are a decisive part of the brand message, CGI opens up completely new possibilities. It does not simply replace classic product photography - it goes beyond it. CGI creates spaces that inspire and make it possible to experience how they are stylishly staged in current living trends.
Staging CGI brand spaces emotionally - example: carpet visualization
Our mission for this project: to visualize a carpet in such a way that you can not only see its color, but also literally feel the texture, the material and even its acoustic effect. Our tools: Creativity, a deep understanding of interior design and state-of-the-art CGI technology. Our team - consisting of creative directors, master carpenters, interior designers and CGI artists - reconstructed the carpet as a photorealistic digital twin.
The result: a 3D product visualization with emotional depth, in which lighting, shadows and material properties interact perfectly. This creates a visual experience that works both on screen and on paper - and goes far beyond a simple product image.
As the carpet does not stand on its own and the light for the elaborately modeled shadows has to come from somewhere, we placed the carpet in an interior in the style of a loft.
The large windows on the side opposite the viewer provide a view of a heavily overgrown outdoor area, while the room itself appears bright and airy. The furnishings are modern and simple, the colors suggest natural materials. This also clearly reflects the brand identity of our client.
